World Voice Day
Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital celebrated World Voice Day on the 16th of April 2023 at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital.

The event was a fun-filled educational evening that featured a Musical Antakshari Program for senior citizens to highlight the beauty and healing power of the human voice. Seven teams comprising senior citizens - Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red participated in the Antakshari. The Winning team was Team Blue.
The show was hosted by Dr Kashmira Chavan and Dr Priyanka Navelkar.
The theme for World Voice Day 2023 is “Your Voice Matters”. This event conducted jointly by the Voice & Swallowing Clinic and Elder Care Clinic at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital celebrated the voices of our senior citizens. It helped create awareness about the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of voice disorders. The specialist doctors discussed the causes of voice and swallowing disorders and the treatment options depending on the cause- medications, voice therapy, swallowing therapy or surgical intervention.
Our voice is our identity. Taking care of your voice is important, because “Your Voice Matters”!
