Good Nursing is synonymous with good healthcare delivery. The role of Nursing leadership has also changed dramatically. Nurse Managers are required to contribute to the overall decision making. They are the backbone of healthcare system. Keeping that in mind, Nursing department of Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital has successfully completed the Valedictory function of 8th batch of Nursing Management course in affiliation with KC College of Management studies. 15 nurse leaders from various hospital enrolled for this course. Program was graced by Vice Chancellor and Honourable director , Professor Hemalata Bagla from KC College Management Studies . The event started with a welcome address by Director Nursing, Ms Saly Suseel, Followed by report reading of the course-by-Course co-ordinator, MD. Najemoddin Quazi. Apart from that Dr. Sameer Kulkarni, CEO Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital and Medical Director Dr. Manish Gupta has given a motivational speech to the Nurses.
