#HiPCon 2024 address how to optimize the patient's health related quality of life, and achieve positive clinical outcomes, within realistic economic expenditures. Also discussed on role of Pharmacist & Clinical Pharmacist to provide medication as well as other health care products and services at affordable pricing and effective financing, and to help people and society to make the best use of them.
How patient should be engaged in medication safety program. Discussion on how involvement helps in identifying, preventing, and resolving drug-related problems, as well as encouraging proper use of medication, and general health promotion and education, thus helping in achieving better therapeutic outcome.
