Nurcon 2022
The Nursing department of Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital held a full-day Nursing Conclave – NurCon 2022, on 5th November 2022 at the Hotel Lalit to discuss & celebrate the contribution of Nurses in Healthcare. It was the 4th conclave held by the hospital. This Conference not only addressed the nursing challenges but also provided insight and inputs for the implementation of best nursing practices that would take Nursing as a profession to newer dimensions.
Eminent speakers pan India took sessions on very important topics like – Handling the Storm – of Covid & the lessons learned from it, the Importance of Safety & Quality in hospitals, and How to take care of Caregivers (nurses) and handle Compassion fatigue. Current issues in Nursing like how to manage attrition among nurses and bridging the gap between demand vs supply were also deliberated. Around 300 delegates from across Maharashtra attended this conference and it was appreciated by all.
