Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital is a place anybody can bank on for their medical needs. I articulate this with poise out of personal experience. The work force is genuinely commited and accommodating. Doctor Vijay Shetty, our doctor is remarkable. A truly dedicated, optimistic and through professional, he has the flair to alter the hospital experience himself. The patient and his/her family. As far the non – medical staff, we were assisted in every aspect by Madhvi from the PRO department. For whatever thing at whatever time we called on her for all our needs and she always found us the solution.
The hospital in general is leading in cleaning service expertise backed by a team of responsible and devoted task force

We have very low weight premature baby born in Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital, Powai. We were extremely worried because we are not form this city and we have to wait for 40 days at the Hospital for the baby to come out of NICU.
Have my observation.

• The staff is extremely courteous, professional and very customer service oriented.

• The Nurses staff of public relations department and the Doctors is very talented and do this work promptly satisfactorily and extremely helpful.

• The public relation’s officer who helped us was Nisha Bishe. She was very helpful and without her we would have got nervous breakdown

• The NICU staffs were very cordial, helpful and professional .Few Nurse to say Sisters-Laxmi Minda, Sanji, and Sulochana etc.

Thanks to the entire team of Hiranandani hospital for all the support and services offered during my son’s treatment and our stay at the hospital

THE PROFESSIONAL ETIQUECY & HOSPITALITY OF HIRANANDANI

When I was leaving Tanzania, I was heptic about Hiranandani Hospital, merely because I had never heard of it. However, since it was recommended to me by my personal doctor & hence I decided to give it a try. I was highly relieved to find a placard at the airport bearing my name. I was picked up by the humble driver who drove me to the hospital. On my arrival at the hospital, I was overwhelmed by Ms. Nisha’s reception and immediate registration and admission. The hospitality of the nurses/sisters and hence their cooperation are beyond my comprehension. Arrangement for consultation with different doctors was superb. I have no words to explain my lead doctor.

Dr. Sanjana’s immediate response to expedite my platinum health check. By Friday afternoon, my wife and I had finished the check under the guidance of Nisha.

The lab personal was very cooperative, considerate and efficient. They had teamwork. Gorgeous!!!. The consultants and doctors saw us individually with closer personel in timely and in some cases where it deemed necessary they recommended extra tests / examinations and prescribed accordingly. I never expected to stay hospitalized for less then three weeks. But in a weeks time most of my ailments & those of my wife have been deligently treated. The food and accommodation team together with the nurses made us feel at home. Where nurses were to give you the prescriptions on two hourly intervals, remain assured they will wake you up the whole night as per prescription and with punctuality. Punctuality is among their virtues. The security people were very efficient and trust worthy.

I and my wife commend the Hiranandani Hospital for their profession and efficiency and dedication to their clients.

I will recommend this hospital to my colleagues in Tanzania. Keep it up.

I am American and I came to India because the cost of treatment in my country is very high for persons who have no Health Insurance. I saw a TV show telling of the Hospitals + Doctors in India and detailing how many Americans in my position were traveling here for care. They could not afford at home. I personally have such need. India and the Hiranandani Hospital were the answer to my details. The care I have received here is better than what I would have paid more for in the USA. And at a fraction of the cost. I have read of the great Indian Hospitality. The staff at the Hiranandani hospital must have set the standard. It is truly amazing. How many people will afford to your needs. I have several nurses and 3 different doctors consulting with me. One lady doctor spent nearly an hour talking with me. Questioning my history and explaining my procedure. It would be my recommendation that any American should seek treatment here. And be confident that the quality would be as good as or better than home in America.

Until now, I have not had the experience with the health concerns, doctors or hospitals. But I do have experience with people.
My stay at Hiranandani for 9 days has been consistently filled with quality and attentive care at all times, from EVERYONE- whether it was my doctor and nurses consulting with me, people cleaning my room or delivering food or the dietician tending my dietary needs.
With Dr Anita Soni, Madhavi Sawant, & Mrs. Anuradha Kapoor as my “main” team who have very well cared for me!! >From the first day, Madhavi or Anuradha have held my hand to welcome me easily through the administrative processes and systems concerns always and through a smile.
Dr Soni’s sharp mind compassion, and years of experience allowed her to create the best treatment plan for me and then gather the best expertise to carry through. The nurses were prompt and concerned- I never felt unattended.
I was frightened when I arrived but soon felt safe, when I knew everyone had my best interest at heart. I have imagined that I could have major surgery in foreign country. But India has been a better choice. I have been here before and always felt I was treated with respect, courtesy and kindness allowing me to feel safe.
I feel the staff demonstrates Hiranandani Hospital’s Commitment to serve families by bringing the patient under its community wings embracing that person with very personalized, personable, quality care. All organisation are a reflection of the people in it. I have loved my experience here- the newness, the smallness- the warmth.

I was happy to meet Dr. PD’s family, very nice people who took my friend Heidi, shopping and also made me feel very comfortable. Dr PD is excellent as far as communication to get me here. I will be back soon to finish my surgery and am not so worried at all. For a hospital this has been the best experience of many in my life.
