Hi, Dr Premhar Shah
We have always been receiving positive feedback about the services at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital from most of the patients we have referred but this time we had an opportunity to experience ourselves. My mother in law was admitted there as an emergency. This is the first time I feel lost for words to describe the wonderful service she was provided by each and everyone. When I called the A & E from London during the night, I was answered very politely and professionally that they had already received the information and were expecting the patient. As soon as the patient arrived she was taken straight in and the treatment started. She was then admitted. Dr. Shalini was just excellent. She visited the patient regularly and gave full moral support to the family members. She was never in a hurry and answered all the questions to the satisfaction. Ms Anuradha and Ms Madhvi visited regularly with their ever smiling faces. The nursing staff was just superb and did their duties diligently. The subordinate staff was also very impressive. Many other doctors and members of the staff who came to know that she was my mother in law went out of the way to come and greet her. I believe that you have set such a high standard of service that other hospitals may find difficult to match. All I can say is keep it up and please convey our special thanks and good wishes to all those involved in the care of my mother in law.
