Prior appointment is essential. You may take an appointment in person or over the phone: 2576 3318 / 3398 (8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Please report to the Health Check reception on the 1st floor by 8:00 am.
Please come with 12 hours fasting and complete abstinence from alcohol.
Please avoid a high fat content meal the evening before. Also please try to avoid exercise in the morning of the health check.
You are requested to be off contact lenses for 24 hours before coming for the eye check-up.
Please bring your urine and stool sample in the small plastic containers provided to you. These are available at our Health Check reception and at the May I Help You Desk.
Please bring along your current medications, if any and all your past records.
If you are on regular medication, please continue to take it as before.
Additional tests/ consultations / procedures if requested or those resulting
from the health check – up will be billed separately.
Company sponsored clients are requested to bring their referral letter and
employee ID.
Pap smear can’t be taken for ladies during the menstrual period.
Women are requested to wear minimum jewellery as it may be inconvenient while taking X-ray and other tests.
Please inform if you are expecting as the X-ray will be harmful to the baby in the womb.
Gentlemen are requested to come with a clean shaven chest for the Stress Test.
Health Check reports will be available after one day except in case of certain tests for which the reports are available after more than a day.
Do inform us in case of cancellation or postponement as the available slot may be used by another.
