Services offered at our Infertility Clinic includes basic work-up of the infertile Couple, One Stop Fertility Diagnostic Services including hormonal testing, Diagnostic Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss Clinic, Reproductive Endoscopic Surgery including Fallopian Tube Recanalisation, Minimally Invasive Ultrasound Guided Procedures, Uterine Cavity Assessment (Sonocontrast hysterography), Artificial Insemination, Semen Cryopreservation, Semen processing, Ovulation Induction & Monitoring, Evaluation of male patient, Intrauterine insemination, Gonadotropin Cycles, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Embryo Freezing, BET, Oocyte Donor Program, Surrogacy, Assisted Hatching, Surgical Sperm Retrieval (PESA/MESA/TESA/TESE), & Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).

Accommodation for out of town patients

Some of the treatments may involve two procedures being carried out within a couple of days. Some couples may find it more convenient to stay locally for this time rather than go home arid have to return-particularly if they live some distance from the Center. Likewise, for some couples it may be preferable to have accommodation locally the night before treatment to avoid an early morning journey. Whatever the reasons, if patients require accommodation, number of comfortable rooms are available in the hospital, which we will be pleased to reserve for our patients.

Counseling

Undergoing assisted conception can be stressful. We have a psychiatrist who helps patients at all stages of treatment. For some treatments counseling is mandatory. In addition, we have a Patient Support Group which offers regular talks giving information on the aspects of treatment. This is an opportunity to meet other couples who are going through treatment. Many couples find this of enormous benefit. We have also attempted to network Ob-Gyns of Indian Origin around the world to answer professional & patient queries free of cost through he SISAB Bulletin Boards (Society of Indian Scientists Abroad).

Support Group

For anyone undergoing fertility treatment or is having difficulty conceiving a baby, the stresses can be enormous. Hormones are flowing, the uncertainties are endless, and the physical, emotional, and financial strains can be tough for any couple.

Thus after one year of launching The Center for Human Reproduction (IVF center) which aims at giving complete fertility care, we felt that our patients needed something more.

A support group which aims at providing infertile couples a forum where they can get together to discuss their experiences with each other, and derive strength from their collective experience was launched By Dr L H Hiranandani on 22nd Nov 2005.

For this occasion we had a social worker and artist Carmen Martinez from Mexico talking about her experience and journey through the maze of infertility treatment. The 30 couples who attended this talk found a new source of inspiration.

This heartening response has encouraged us to have support group meetings every 3 months, where the patients will be able to share there experiences with each other.

During these sessions the Fertility Associate consultant and the psychiatrist will be available for consultation.
