Best Managed
Department
On 22nd February 2006, the second anniversary, hospital launched
the concept of the Best Managed Department. The objective of the
concept was to identify the Best Managed department in the
hospital. For the assessment period august 2005 to February 2006,
the team of internal auditors lead by Director of Professional
services decided that Casualty was the Best Managed department.
With a view of recognizing the outstanding services provided by
the department a trophy was presented to the department and each
team member was given a cash prize.
